Angel Tree

Once again, our "angels" this year will be children from Northeast Elementary School. And, once again, the pandemic dictates some changes in our procedures.  Here are the plans for a safe Angel Tree, 2020 style!

The Angel Tree will go up in the Parish Hall on Sunday, November 29, with a portion of the angels ready for you to select.   Some of the other angels will be available online on our Sign Up Genius site,  https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040449acae2ea1f94-angelwhere you’ll find the information for those children and be able to sign up to provide their gifts.  If you need assistance with shopping on line, please contact Lisa Faehl (615-423-9837)

We ask that one person or family at a time select angels from the tree in the Parish Hall to preserve social distance. There will be a sign-up sheet, so please put your name and phone number by the number and name of the angel you have taken.

Angel Tree gifts will be due by Sunday, December 13. You can bring them to the Craft Sale on Dec. 12, to church on the 6th or 13th, or during the week from 8 a.m. – noon (call Vera at 526-4654) to arrange drop-off). If you have more than one package for a child, please be sure to label EACH package.  If it’s convenient, please put your gifts for each angel in a white plastic bag (kitchen or large garbage-sized bags usually work) with the angel’s number and name in large lettering on the outside of the bag (one angel per bag); that makes it easier to transport these gifts.  In order to have some equality in gifts received by the children, we request that around $75 be spent per child.  If you have any questions, contact Ginger Ensor (tnensor@gmail.comor text/call 931-265-5777) or Sharon Artley(skartley@gmail.com or text/call 931-979-8712).  Thank you!
